INNOWATECH AQUADRON® - Stations
Description of equipment:
INNOWATECH AQUADRON® are fully automatic systems to produce a disinfectant solution on site. The basic of the MCE - technology is an electrolysis reactor. It produces from a salt solution (NaCl) a high efficient disinfectant, a meta stable „water agens“, (meta stable = high- energy condition, which is kept for some time) the so- called Anolyte.
INNOWATECH Anolyte® removes all germs, viruses, fungi and spores plus legionella from the drinking water. It abolishes existent biofilms and anticipates their re-building!
The wall mounted module as the central unit, contains the PLC ( = programmable logic controller) to produce Anolyte. A combination, conditioning module 1 and 2, with two brine tanks for the salt pellets (DIN 19604) contains the softening of the incoming water. The NaCl – starting solution is produced there and also the cleaning control of the complete equipment is included. A micro pre-filter in front of the high performance modules ensures a safe, undisturbed operation of the system. The production of Anolyte can be performed online when required.

DIN 1717 and DIN 1988 part 4 for the use with drinking water systems.

Grundsätzlich stehen volumenproportionale oder messwertgesteuerte Anolyte-Injektionssysteme zur Verfügung. Entsprechend der zu behandelnden Wassermenge kommen intelligente Membranpumpen unterschiedlicher Leistungsstufen zum Einsatz. Verschiedene Hilfsmittel, wie geringe Impulsintervalle am Kontaktwasserzähler, präzise Impflanzen und gegebenenfalls zusätzliche Mischelemente, unterstützen eine feine Vermischung von Anolyte und Trinkwasser.
